Great to meet you!

Anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress can leave you feeling stuck, but you do not have to navigate them alone. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience helping people regain confidence, find balance, and improve their mental health. I also support clients navigating women's issues, grief, PTSD, panic, and bipolar disorder. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths and feel empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the driver of your healing journey, and I am your tour guide. Rather than telling you what to do, I help you uncover strengths, recognize patterns, and discover new ways forward. I use evidence based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and CPT, tailored to your unique needs and goals. We begin with a genogram to explore family relationships and experiences that may shape your present, helping us understand the root of your challenges.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you deserve a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. In our first session, we will begin exploring your family history through a genogram, discuss what brings you to therapy, and identify patterns that may be affecting your life today. You can expect a warm, welcoming environment where your story matters. Together, we will begin identifying your strengths and building a path toward healing at your pace.
