My approach to therapy
I utilize a variety of modalities in my practice including, but not limited to, psychodynamics, cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy. I treat patients from ages 3-103 with a various mental health concerns including; anxiety, depression, grief, gender identity, sexual orientation, bipolar disorder, behavioral issues and developmental disabilities.
