Great to meet you!

My name is Nancy Zepeda. I am a bilingual/bicultural Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I offer a non-judgmental, collaborative space where clients feel safe, empowered, and open to face life's challenges. I provide therapy to individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I also support individuals navigating life transitions (e.g. graduating, becoming a parent, first generation college student, etc.)

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of therapeutic interventions from evidenced-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition, I like to weave in mindfulness, gratitude, and self-compassion in my therapeutic sessions. Most importantly, however, I believe having a therapeutic relationship based on trust and safety is the most important factor. My approach is collaborative and centered around the client's needs.

What you can expect from me

I provide a warm and non-judgmental style of communication in my sessions. I prioritize checking in with my clients to support them in exploring their thoughts and feelings.
