Great to meet you!

I bring extensive experience working with children, preteens, adolescents, and young adults across a wide range of needs. Some examples being trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity exploration, and family dynamics. My style is warm, laid-back, and relational. It is grounded in positive psychology and solution-focused work. While I’m always ready to help explore the root causes of distress, I also recognize the therapeutic value of simply having space to vent and feel heard. I’m passionate about addressing core issues while also honoring the influence of social and environmental factors. Therapy can be hard work—but I believe there’s always room for humor, joy, and human connection along the way.

My approach to therapy

I take a people-first approach to therapy, grounded in building strong, trusting relationships. I deeply value authenticity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I believe meaningful healing happens when you feel safe enough to be open and vulnerable. My goal is to create a supportive space where mutual respect and cultural sensitivity are at the forefront. I’m committed to continuously learning and growing, and I welcome opportunities to be held accountable so I can better serve those I work with. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey through life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

It is my hope that every client walks away with practical tools and emotional insight to help navigate life’s toughest moments. Like Nanny McPhee, my ultimate goal is for you to reach a place where you no longer need me; where you feel strong, empowered, and equipped to face challenges independently, and where past trauma no longer holds power over you.
