Great to meet you!

I believe in order to feel better there must be balance in our life. I have spent a significant amount of time on Personal Development, Yoga, Nutrition/Health, meditation and creativity. I believe in the therapeutic aspect of gardening and simply being in nature. EMDR is a powerful tool that can connect you to your positive emotion that you may not be feeling right now. I genuinely value and believe in the relationship of trust and respect that develops between a client and their counselor.

My approach to therapy

I believe that within you already exists everything you need to live a rewarding and joy-filled life: You are not broken. We adapt strategies that save us in the moment yet fail us as we seek change. Without awareness, inner thoughts and emotions derail progress, keeping us stuck and unfulfilled. By cultivating self-awareness in the therapeutic process and learning new skills you will find new perspectives and strength to create the life you desire.

What you can expect from me

I like to create a place where you will feel comfortable, valued and accepted. During our sessions you will experience a secure and comfortable space where you will be able to process and work through difficult emotions and situation that keep you from feeling freedom and relief, preventing the change you desire. I am an EMDR Trained, Strength's Based and ______ counselor. I offer my creativity, thoughtfulness and optimism to my clients as we take the path to creating the life you want.
