Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner–Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) who provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where clients feel heard and respected. I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and sleep difficulties. I partner with each client to develop an individualized treatment plan that reflects their goals, preferences, and needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, holistic, and person-centered. I take time to understand your symptoms, history, strengths, lifestyle, and treatment goals. When appropriate, I provide medication management, education, and supportive guidance while monitoring effectiveness and potential side effects. I believe in shared decision-making and helping clients feel informed and empowered throughout treatment.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will review your current concerns, mental health history, medical background, medications, and treatment goals. We will discuss how your symptoms affect your daily life and identify appropriate next steps. You will have an opportunity to ask questions, share your preferences, and collaborate on a personalized treatment plan. My priority is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported.
