Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with four years of experience providing therapy to adults and adolescents. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, respected, and accepted for who you are—not judged or defined by the challenges you’re facing.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I work to create a comfortable space where clients can be honest about what they’re experiencing, while also helping them identify patterns, develop practical coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

I recognize that reaching out for therapy can be difficult, especially when you’ve been managing things on your own for a long time. Whether you’re struggling with emotional challenges, relationships, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to meet you where you are and work alongside you toward the changes you want to make.

My goal is for clients to leave therapy with a better understanding of themselves, greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges, and tools they can carry with them long after our work together ends.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and tailored to each individual client. I primarily draw from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) techniques. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I work collaboratively with each client to understand their unique experiences, needs, strengths, and goals.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being honest and showing up as their authentic selves. I also believe therapy can be both compassionate and practical. Together, we can explore the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns that may be getting in the way of the life or relationships you want.
