Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist, a mom, and someone who genuinely loves the community I live in. Outside of my practice, you'll find me at local events, volunteering, and spending time with my family. That grounding shapes how I show up in session: warm, real, and without judgment. I work with people navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, depression, trauma, grief, anger, stress, questions of identity, and relationship struggles. Whatever you bring in, my goal is for you to feel heard and taken seriously.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you notice the thought patterns driving how you feel and act, then build practical tools you can use between sessions. I also draw on Family Focused Therapy, because none of us exist in isolation. The people around you affect your healing, and your healing affects them. I'll be direct with you and offer honest feedback, but always with kindness. You set the pace, and we work together on goals that matter to you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you in, what your life looks like right now, and what you're hoping will change. There's no pressure to have it all figured out or to share more than you're ready to share. By the end, we'll talk through what treatment could look like and decide on next steps together. Many people tell me they leave the first session feeling lighter than when they walked in.
