Great to meet you!

Relationships are some of the most meaningful — and most challenging — parts of our lives. Whether you're navigating tension in your marriage, struggling with family dynamics, or looking for tools to show up better as a partner or parent, you don't have to figure it out alone.

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in couples, families, and parents who want to strengthen their relationships and build healthier patterns at home. My approach is rooted in family systems — understanding that what affects one person in a family affects everyone — and I bring a range of specialized tools to support that work.

My approach to therapy

I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with evidence-based relationship and family programs to help clients understand their patterns, improve communication, and build the relationships they actually want.

My specialized certifications include:

  • PREP (Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program) — a research-backed approach to strengthening couple relationships and reducing conflict
  • Nurturing Parenting — supporting parents in building healthy, confident, and connected family environments
  • Family Building Skills and the Safe Strengthening Program — practical tools for resilience and stability within families

Together, we'll work to:

  • Understand how each person's behavior shapes the whole family dynamic
  • Identify patterns that are creating distance, conflict, or disconnection
  • Establish clear, meaningful goals for your relationships
  • Build practical skills you can use at home right away
  • Create a foundation of trust — in the therapeutic relationship and in each other

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know one another. I want to understand your story, your relationships, and what you're hoping to change or strengthen.

We'll talk through what's been happening, what feels most challenging, and what your goals look like. From there, we build a plan together — one that's grounded in where you are and focused on where you want to go.
