Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with anyone finding it hard to adapt to a life change, needs help tackling ruminating thoughts, or that needs extra support to go after what they really want in life. I work adults overcoming trauma, experiencing depression, grief, anxiety, transitions, self-esteem issues, and codependency. I have a particular interest in multicultural populations, Asian American cross-cultural identity, and am fluent in French.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I integrate meditation and grounding into sessions to develop individual intuition and inner peace. I use methods like Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction to strengthen individuals' ability to cope, and achieve their goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Through a nurturing and supportive environment I create a safe space for individuals' to use their inner ability to heal. I build off each person's unique strengths, gifts, and relationships to help them overcome hurdles.
