Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Naomi. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re already feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can show up as you are—without judgment or pressure.

Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing, build practical tools, and work toward feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a place where you can finally exhale—where you feel heard, understood, and accepted as you are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you.

I integrate CBT, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, narrative and solution-focused therapy, and expressive techniques to help you understand what you’re experiencing, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful change.

We’ll work at a pace that feels manageable, balancing reflection with practical tools you can use in everyday life.

My goal isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel a little intimidating, especially when you’re not sure what to expect.

My goal is to make your first session feel comfortable, welcoming, and judgment-free. We’ll begin by getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope might feel different.

You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—we’ll start wherever you are.

I’ll ask questions about your experiences, strengths, and what’s happening in your life so I can understand the bigger picture and tailor our work to you. You’ll also have plenty of space to ask questions, share what you need, and get a feel for how I work. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and finding a path forward that feels realistic and meaningful for you.

There’s no pressure to have all the answers on day one.

If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy, consider this your invitation to take that first step.
