Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Naomi, a licensed mental health clinician providing virtual therapy to adolescents, teens, and adults across Massachusetts. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, emotionally drained, or struggling to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or life transitions, therapy can be a space to finally slow things down and get support that feels steady and real.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in compassion. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, Motivational Interviewing, and expressive techniques when helpful, including art- and play-informed approaches. I also draw from solution-focused and narrative therapy to help you build insight, shift patterns that feel unhelpful, and reconnect with your sense of direction.

Sessions with me are not about “fixing” you—they’re about helping you understand what you’re carrying and building tools that actually fit your life. We work at your pace, with space for reflection, skill-building, and practical change.

Many clients tell me they appreciate having a space where they can finally exhale, feel understood, and start making changes that feel realistic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is designed to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported—not overwhelmed.

We’ll start by talking about what brought you in and what’s been feeling most difficult lately. You don’t need to prepare anything or have the “right words.” We’ll go at a pace that feels manageable for you.

I’ll also ask some gentle background questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and current supports. This helps me tailor therapy to your needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. You’ll also have space to ask questions and get a sense of how I work so you can decide if this feels like the right fit for you.

The first session is about helping you feel safe enough to begin the process and supported enough to come back.

I’m currently accepting new virtual clients in Massachusetts. You can request a consultation or book a first session to get started.
