Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy carrying experiences they've never told another person. Whether you're living with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, chronic pain, or navigating life as a neurodivergent person, you don't have to carry it alone anymore.

I work with children, teens, and adults to create a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. Many of my clients have spent years masking who they are, minimizing their pain, or believing they have to handle everything on their own. Others carry experiences they worry are "too much" to share. In our work together, you don't have to hide parts of yourself or worry about being judged or misunderstood.

I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest, even about the things you've never said out loud. Whether you're processing trauma, navigating difficult life experiences, learning to live with chronic illness, or discovering what it means to be neurodivergent, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, deepen self-understanding, and work toward a life where you feel more connected, empowered, and less alone.

My approach to therapy

One of my greatest strengths is creating an environment where clients feel safe enough to talk about the parts of themselves they've kept hidden. Whether you're carrying shame, grief, trauma, intrusive thoughts, or experiences you've never shared before, my goal is to help you feel accepted, understood, and supported rather than judged.

I recognize that many neurodivergent people have spent years masking, adapting to others' expectations, or feeling misunderstood. Therapy can be a place where you no longer have to pretend you're okay or fit into someone else's idea of who you should be.

I tailor therapy to each individual using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy, helping clients build practical coping skills while honoring their unique experiences and strengths.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping will change, and any experiences you feel comfortable sharing. There is no pressure to tell your whole story right away—we move at a pace that feels safe for you.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and knowing you don't have to face life's challenges alone. Together, we'll begin creating a plan that fits your unique needs and goals.
