Great to meet you!

Warm Welcome, I’m Naomi Wu (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing therapy for 6 years to teens, young adults, adults, and older adults across California. I enjoy working with Asian American clients, highly sensitive individuals, athletes, high achievers, and young adults. I offer a warm, relational, multicultural, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approach to therapy.

Together, we can explore the underlying patterns, relationships, emotions, and lived experiences that may be contributing to your current struggles while helping you move toward greater self-compassion, authenticity, and sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My work integrates insight-oriented therapy with somatic and mind-body awareness to help clients deepen self-understanding, heal emotional wounds, and cultivate more fulfilling relationships and lives. I work with people navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD-related challenges, perfectionism, burnout, identity concerns, grief, life transitions, attachment wounds, body image struggles, and dating or relationship difficulties. Many of my clients also struggle with feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, self-critical, stuck, ashamed, people-pleasing, or emotionally exhausted despite appearing capable on the outside.

What you can expect from me

I approach therapy as a collaborative relationship rooted in curiosity, compassion, and trust. My hope is that therapy feels like a safe space where you are met exactly where you are, no longer have to carry everything alone, and can move toward greater vibrancy, connection, and abundance in your life. It would be a privilege to come alongside you on this journey.
