Great to meet you!

I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in New York. Over the course of my career, I have supported diverse patient populations through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, evidence-based medication management, and ongoing mental health care. My training and clinical background focuses on managing a wide range of conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and stress-related concerns. I am dedicated to offering high-quality, personalized psychiatric care tailored to every individual's unique journey and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to mental healthcare is rooted in a holistic, patient-centered, and collaborative philosophy that recognizes the connection between mind, body, and overall well-being. I believe that mental health is influenced by more than symptoms alone, it is shaped by our physical health, relationships, environment, lifestyle, personal experiences, and emotional well-being.

I strive to understand each individual as a whole person, recognizing that no two journeys toward wellness are the same. Together, we explore not only the challenges you may be experiencing but also the underlying factors that may contribute to your mental and emotional health. By integrating evidence-based treatment, thoughtful medication management when appropriate, lifestyle considerations, and supportive therapeutic guidance, my goal is to develop a personalized approach that aligns with your values, needs, and long-term goals.

Above all, I believe meaningful healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and respected. My goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we work together to foster balance, build resilience, and support lasting mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your initial session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment. We will conduct a thorough assessment to discuss your health history, current challenges, and personal goals for therapy or medication management. Together, we will outline a thoughtful, individualized care plan tailored to your needs. My primary focus for our first meeting is to ensure you feel supported, understand your options, and leave with clarity on the next steps in your care.
