Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Naowarat Irwin or Nonay! I’m a licensed mental health counselor and registered dance/Movement Therapist who’s passionate about helping people heal and grow holistically through creativity, movement, and connection. I love creating a warm, welcoming space where clients feel safe to explore, heal, and discover their inner strength.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, with interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs and strengths. Together, we’ll explore body-mind integration through a culturally responsive,trauma-informed, holistic approach blending traditional therapy with mindfulness & creative somatic movement-based interventions working directly with your sensation & nervous system. This journey can help release unprocessed emotions and cultivate internal strength and balance

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and culturally responsive environment where my clients feel safe to explore, heal, and grow at their own pace. Together, clients may feel more connected to themselves, both mentally and physically, while developing practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.
