Great to meet you!

As a trauma-informed therapist, my approach is focusing on what happened to you, not what is “wrong with you.” I draw upon a whole-person perspective, where we recognize the interconnectedness of your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. If you are tired of feeling emotionally stuck and overwhelmed with issues that seem to reappear in your life, such as anxiety, depression, or unhealthy relationship patterns, I can help.

My approach to therapy

I believe in creating a safe environment for you to feel heard and understood. My approach is warm, empathic, and nonjudgmental. I help you work through your challenges while offering support, guidance, and feedback. Together, we can uncover your inner strengths so you can improve your self-esteem, your relationships, and your life satisfaction.

What you can expect from me

I teach my clients to increase their capacity for self-compassion and develop insight into thoughts, difficult emotions, and parts of themselves they struggle to accept. Often, we have beliefs, patterns, and ways of interacting that are outside our conscious awareness. By bringing awareness to unresolved issues from the past, we become more equipped to address current problems.
