Great to meet you!

As a trauma-informed therapist, my approach is focusing on what happened to you, not what is “wrong with you.” I work to help my clients break self-defeating patterns, build their capacity for self-compassion, and find relief from difficult emotions and parts of themselves they struggle to accept. If you are tired of feeling emotionally stuck and overwhelmed with issues that seem to reappear in your life, such as anxiety, depression, or unhealthy relationship patterns, I can help.

My approach to therapy

I believe in creating a safe environment for you to feel heard and understood. My approach is warm, empathic, and nonjudgmental. I help you work through your challenges while offering support, guidance, and feedback. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and integrative. This means we look at the whole of who you are — and use strategies that align with your unique needs, goals, and values.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will work towards understanding thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that might get in your way. There are no expectations other than you show up and discuss your concerns at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
