Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a personal journey, and you deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported along the way. With over 25 years of experience in mental health and social services, I work with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship concerns, and major life changes. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and feel more confident and fulfilled in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, open-minded, and strengths-based. I believe therapy should help you understand what you're experiencing while also giving you practical ways to move forward. I draw from CBT, trauma-focused therapy, person-centered, strengths-based, and spiritual approaches, tailoring our work to your needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all formula. We'll build on the strengths you already have while working through the patterns, experiences, and emotions that may be keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to talk honestly about what's bringing you to therapy and what you'd like to feel or do differently. We'll discuss what's been weighing on you, your goals, and the experiences that have shaped where you are today. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin. We'll start where you are, identify what matters most, and create a plan for moving forward together. If you're ready to take that first step, book a free consultation and let's see if we're a good fit.
