Great to meet you!

Here's what I want you to know before you book: I'm not going to read off a

script in our sessions, and I'm not going to throw jargon at you. I'm a Licensed

Professional Counselor in New Jersey, and I also happen to be a certified school

counselor, school social worker, and classroom teacher — which means I've spent

years in the room with kids, families, and educators at some of their hardest

moments.

That experience shaped how I show up as a therapist. I understand the weight of

caring for others all day and having nothing left for yourself. I know what it's like

to grow up carrying the expectations of an immigrant family alongside your own.

I work best with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, and

the kind of relational stress that's hard to explain to people who haven't lived it.

I'm also Italian-American and first-generation myself. That's not a selling point —

it's just part of who I am, and it shapes how I listen.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based — which means I'm not going

to tell you what to do or hand you a worksheet and call it a session. We'll work

together to understand what's actually driving what you're feeling and build

practical tools that fit into your real life.

I draw on person-centered, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approaches,

and I adjust based on what you actually need — not a preset formula. I also

believe therapy can have moments of levity. Humor, when it's right for the

moment, makes the hard work more sustainable.

I accept Aetna and Cigna and offer telehealth sessions across New Jersey, so

geography doesn't have to be a barrier.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation, not an intake form recited back to you.

We'll talk about what brought you here, what's been weighing on you, and what

you're hoping to get out of this. I'll share how I work and answer your questions

honestly.

You don't need to come in with your story perfectly organized. You don't need to

know what you need yet. We'll figure it out together. By the end of our first

session, you'll have a clearer sense of whether I'm the right fit for you — and I'll

have a real understanding of where to start.
