Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! My name is Nareh. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can feel truly seen and heard. I received my B.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles, and went on to earn my M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. During my practicum training, I had the privilege of working with individuals, families, and groups at the YWCA of Glendale and Pasadena, supporting survivors of intimate partner violence and their children. Today, I specialize in working with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to walk alongside you in your journey toward greater self-understanding, healing, and empowerment.

My approach to therapy

I recognize how challenging it can be to make sure our basic needs are met without neglecting our mental health. I applaud your bravery in taking the first big step towards a happier and healthier version of yourself. I understand that the healing process is never a straight line. Some days look and feel great, while other days seem impossible to get through. My goal isn’t to provide you the “perfect” life, instead I wish to assist you in garnering the tools necessary to approach difficulties and challenges in a healthy and productive way.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where they feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work to create a space that encourages openness and authenticity, free from judgment. My goal is to help clients build greater self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and foster resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
