Great to meet you!

Change is hard, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you are trying to find healthier ways to cope with stress, anxiety and/or depression, set boundaries with your loved ones, or quit misusing drug and alcohol, you are already headed in the right direction. Thank you for making your emotional health a priority and WELCOME.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Together, we will guide you towards being the best version of yourself while providing a nonjudgmental space and unconditional positive regard for you. By using evidenced based practices such as motivational interviewing, trauma informed interventions, EMDR, and your inner strength, together we will learn to thrive, not just survive.

What you can expect from our first session

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addictions Specialist, EMDR trained, certified Animal Assisted Therapist, and hold a certificate from Post-Partum Support International in Perinatal Mood Disorders. But, what is most important to me is helping you find YOUR worth and confidence to help manage whatever life has in store for you.
