Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Nargis Ali, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas with over six years of experience in the counseling field. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently pursuing my PhD in Counseling and Supervision.

I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported. In my work, I strive to create a warm and nurturing space where you can show up exactly as you are — no judgment, just understanding. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, uncover patterns, and move toward emotional healing and personal growth at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, and I also specialize in supporting children and adolescents through the unique challenges they face. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidenced based techniques tailored to each client's unique needs. I believe that everyone has the inner strength to create meaningful change.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward balance, clarity, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I offer a safe and gentle space where you can show up just as you are — no judgment, no pressure. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on your heart and work toward emotional healing, self-awareness, and growth. I use a compassionate, down-to-earth approach that’s guided by your unique needs and pace.

I want you to leave each session feeling supported, encouraged, and equipped with meaningful insights and strategies you can use beyond our time together. My hope is that counseling helps you connect more deeply with yourself and move forward with greater peace and purpose.
