Great to meet you!

I work with athletes, adolescents, and high-achieving individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, performance pressure, burnout, injury, and major life transitions. Many of my patients are outwardly high-functioning but internally overwhelmed — holding together school, sport, work, relationships, family expectations, and the pressure to keep performing.

I provide psychiatric evaluation, psychotherapy, and medication management when appropriate, with an approach that integrates clinical psychiatry, performance-focused therapy, and mind-body awareness. Treatment is collaborative and individualized, with attention to mood, anxiety, sleep, attention, identity, recovery, family systems, and the patterns that may be keeping someone stuck.

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatry from Columbia University and an MPH from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. My background also includes yoga therapy, endurance sport, forensic psychiatry, and behavioral health crisis work, all of which shape my interest in how people adapt under pressure and build greater clarity, flexibility, and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My work is especially suited for people who are used to pushing through — athletes, students, professionals, and high performers who may appear capable on the outside while feeling anxious, depleted, stuck, or disconnected internally.

Treatment may include psychotherapy, medication management, performance-focused interventions, breath and body-based regulation tools, and practical strategies for navigating pressure. I help patients identify what is driving their distress, what patterns are no longer serving them, and what needs to shift so they can function with more clarity, flexibility, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take time to understand what is bringing you in, what you are hoping to change, and how your symptoms fit within the larger context of your life, relationships, school, work, sport, or performance demands. We will review relevant history, discuss whether medication may be helpful, and begin developing a treatment plan that feels thoughtful, practical, and individualized.
