Great to meet you!

Clients describe me as a compassionate, caring, and kind counselor. They also appreciate that I offer alternative perspectives on ways of viewing situations that can facilitate internal peace.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I strive to personalize assessment and counseling methods to match individual’s objectives, rather than a one size fits all approach. I use client-centered, feminist empowerment, solution focused and cognitive-behavioral methods. I work with adults who are seeking individual counseling.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is a place to feel heard, understood, and to collaborate with a professional who can help you reach your wellness goals! Through talking and processing, you can gain new insight and make meaning out of life's struggles. Therapy is a great place to find those aha moments! It is also a place to heal from circumstances that are not your fault, and to learn and practice healthier coping skills that can move you forward.
