Great to meet you!
I believe therapy should be a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, without judgment or pressure. My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and respected as we work together toward the changes that matter most to you.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my professional background includes community mental health, child welfare, and veteran services. I have had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds, life experiences, and circumstances, including children and families, adults, veterans, and older adults. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how early experiences, family relationships, and life circumstances can continue to shape us throughout adulthood.
I have extensive experience supporting veterans and their families with trauma and PTSD, military sexual trauma (MST), readjustment concerns, grief and bereavement, relationship and family challenges, and major life transitions. My current practice focuses primarily on adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. For clients who desire it, I also welcome the integration of Christian faith and spirituality into therapy in a way that respects your individual beliefs, values, and goals.
