Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist that specializes in reproductive mental health—including decision-making around parenting and conception, reproductive health, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum—Latinx psychology, women’s issues, health psychology, and racial identity and racial trauma. In addition, I also work with mental health conditions like depression and anxiety, as well as supporting clients with relationships and life transitions all while creating a culturally attuned, compassionate space where clients can explore and address the complexities of their identities and life experiences.

My approach to therapy

As an Afro-Latina bilingual psychologist with clinical training from Columbia University, I combine lived experience and clinical knowledge with a warm and empathic approach that ensures that you feel heard and understood. Together, we can work towards your goals and help you find the path to a more fulfilling and balanced life.

What you can expect from me

My expertise in these areas allows me to offer an intentional approach to my client’s journeys of healing, growth, and empowerment. I’m passionate about fostering collaboration and building meaningful relationships to help individuals gain deeper insight and awareness into their lives. With a strong background in multiculturalism, I bring a unique perspective to therapy, emphasizing the importance of considering each person's context and identities.
