Great to meet you!

My name is Naseana Francis, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Caribbean born but raised in the city that never sleeps. NYC taught me the most about myself, and life. It was where I fell in love with helping others. I have a BA in Forensic Psychology as well as a MSW I have worked in government, inpatient, outpatient, jail and private practice. I love helping others find joy and peace, in a world that can be chaotic. I look forward to this journey with you!

My approach to therapy

I believe every individual I work with are the experts. No one knows you more than you. However, there are times in our lives that we loose ourselves or simply have trouble getting back on the right path after deciding to take a detour. So, I am here to be your guide, your navigator, your compass.

After we spend some time exploring who you are, we will then get to work. Our sessions will be deliberate, solution focused with the understanding that accountability and results are the goals.

What you can expect from me

The first thing you should know about me is that I appreciate transparency and authenticity. While searching for meaning in my own life, I realized that one of my purpose, my WHY, was to help others find happiness in themselves and ultimately learn to find joy in life even in the worst of times. I am practical and solution focused and my role on this journey with you, is to be your guide. You are free to be whoever you are, without judgement.
