Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Nash, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Letourneau University. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration, tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity, and life transitions. I specialize in men’s issues, trauma recovery, and faith-based concerns, including the intersection of LGBTQ identity and spirituality, with a commitment to helping you heal with compassion and clarity.

My approach to therapy

While I bring warmth and empathy to every session, I also take a direct and challenging approach to help you grow beyond your comfort zone. My goal is to support you in gaining insight, breaking old patterns, and moving forward with intention, all within a respectful, judgment-free space. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered approaches, while also incorporating creativity, humor, and cultural humility. Whether you're facing a tough season or seeking long-term growth, I’m here to walk alongside you with care and purpose.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling heard, understood, and genuinely supported. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself, no matter where you are on your journey. My approach is warm and compassionate, but also direct and growth-oriented. I will gently challenge you when needed, helping you push past old patterns and take meaningful steps toward healing and achieving your goals. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, building insight, resilience, and lasting change.
