Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Nasheili, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in providing culturally affirming therapy to individuals from mixed, international, and immigrant families. My work is centered around helping people navigate the complexities of relationship issues, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, self-esteem challenges, and trauma. I also have vast experience and love working with children and supporting families whose child or teen is struggling at school or/and home due to trauma, emotional regulation, grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, or LGBTQ+ identity concerns.

My approach to therapy

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can slow down and connect to the emotional roots of your struggles. We focus on building self-awareness and creating effective coping strategies to respond to discomfort rather than just react to it. For children, I incorporate art & play therapy to foster a safe and creative space where they can feel supported.

What you can expect from me

My approach combines mindfulness-based techniques with culturally affirming interventions that center the power of cultivating a healthy and loving relationship with yourself and others. Whether we are working through talk therapy, creative expression, or mindfulness strategies, my goal is always to help you heal, grow, and live a more fulfilling life.
