My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in compassion, faith, and meeting each client where they are. As a Christian counselor, I integrate biblical principles, prayer, and Scripture when desired, while helping clients develop healthy coping skills, strengthen their faith, and pursue emotional and spiritual well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about building rapport, getting to know you as a person, and creating a comfortable, welcoming space where you feel safe to be yourself. I want you to feel heard and understood, much like you’re talking with a trusted friend, while beginning to identify your needs, goals, and areas of focus for counseling.
