Great to meet you!

I believe anyone can live a meaningful and fulfilling life and that we all can change and grow even in the most challenging times. For nearly two decades, I have worked with Adults, Couples, Teens/Children, and families from a diverse population, helping clients change problematic behaviors and thinking patterns to achieve wellness and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines evidence-based therapies with compassion and empathy to create a strong therapeutic alliance. I collaborate with each client to explore the issues that need attention while also identifying the strengths and resources they can build upon. I provide practical tools and support to help clients move forward on their journey toward change and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll start by sharing a little about myself, and then I’ll invite my client to talk about what brought them to therapy and what they hope to get out of it.

I see myself as a companion and guide on the journey—someone who helps my clients better understand the challenges they’re facing, clarify their goals, and explore the tools, skills, and approaches that can help them move forward and create positive changes that support healing and growth.
