Great to meet you!

I nurture the nurtures! If you are pregnant or in your postpartum period, experiencing the baby blues, or even a seasoned parent struggling in parenthood, you deserve to find your happy. Don't take this journey alone. You can get through this and feel fulfilled with all of your roles.

It's time to feel better, build self-worth, and communicate your needs to those around you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is mindful based. I teach you how to be intentional in the way you think and process difficult situations.

What you can expect from our first session

I’m a perinatal therapist, a full spectrum doula, and a parenting instructor trained in Child and Parent Psychotherapy so I am uniquely qualified to support you and your family. I have multidisciplinary experience in maternal and infant mental health, perinatal mood disorders, infertility support, adoption, pregnancy loss, and birth trauma. I utilize mindfulness as well as CBT and DBT to create a holistic approach to meeting your specific needs.
