Great to meet you!

I am very passionate about holistic psychotherapy as I have personally experienced great benefits from such an approach where traditional methods alone have failed me. I wanted to create a space that allows for healing, vitality, and wholeness. A place where people can return to their true selves. A place where people come to understand that they make perfect sense. A place where all are welcome regardless of age, gender, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, or ability.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Areas of expertise include: mood and anxiety disorders, adjustment and self-esteem issues, trauma, and life stressors. Treatment is tailored to each individual. Treatment is grounded in Polyvagal and Attachment Theories. Specific treatment modalities may include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parts Work Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), Neuro-Nutrient Therapy, and/or Brainspotting.

What you can expect from our first session

Because a holistic therapy approach is utilized, one can expect to achieve balance in mind, body, and energy. A deeper understanding of the whole self can lead to increased self-awareness, self-esteem, self-acceptance, and emotional/physical well-being.
