Great to meet you!

Life can be complex and unpredictable. We all face challenges that feel overwhelming at times, and it’s easy to feel stuck or lost in the midst of it all. If you’re here, you might be navigating something that feels painful and/or difficult to make sense of, and I understand what that can be like. Having been in the room both as a client and as a clinician, I know how powerful it is to find someone who truly listens and meets you where you are—without judgment or pretense.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, human, and collaborative. I’m not going to stare at you blankly while you talk or bombard you with psychobabble. Therapy with me is a conversation- I draw from person-centered and humanistic CBT approaches, with a big focus on mindfulness, narrative work, existential exploration, and attunement to your nervous system and inner world. This is your space, your pace. Whether you're exploring sobriety, managing anxiety, navigating a major life shift, or just trying to make sense of it all—I’m here to help you get unstuck and find your footing. What You Can Expect: A real, grounded connection- A blend of science, soul, and a bit of irreverence. My aim is to provide support which honors both your inner complexity and your capacity for change. No pressure to be “fixed” (you’re not broken).

What you can expect from me

In therapy, I believe that the process of setting and reaching goals is a deeply collaborative one. We’ll work together to identify what really matters to you—whether that’s overcoming a specific challenge, improving your relationships, or making sense of your past to create a better future. I’m here to help you clarify your priorities and break down those big, sometimes overwhelming goals into more manageable, actionable steps. We’ll take time to explore what success looks like for you and what feels achievable, and we’ll make sure the goals are aligned with your values and what’s most important to you. It’s about finding a balance between pushing yourself and honoring where you are in the moment. I’ll be there to walk beside you through each phase—whether you’re just starting out, navigating obstacles, or celebrating progress. Throughout our work, I’ll check in with you regularly about how you’re feeling and if your goals are still in alignment with what you need. Sometimes goals evolve, and that’s okay! The key is creating a plan that feels right for you and being flexible along the way, as we track your growth and celebrate each step forward, no matter how small it may seem. In short, I’m here to support you every step of the way: from setting the goal to achieving it, with full collaboration and encouragement.
