My scope of practice encompasses health promotion, diagnosis, and management of common and complex psychiatric problems. I have over ten years of experience as a psychiatric nurse and practitioner. I have expertise in treating ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression and Psychotic disorders. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed to provide family-centered healthcare to patients of all ages.
My approach to patient care is characterized by compassion, patience, and empowerment. I am devoted to treating her patients and understanding the interconnectedness of physical and mental well-being. I consider medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle interventions in my treatment plans.
I will focus on getting to know you, your history, and what brings to you treatment. We will then formulate a detailed plan for going forward which may include medication recommendations (if indicated), psychotherapy interventions, and/or holistic and life-style interventions. Future sessions will be guided by our collaborative plan and provide a positive holistic healing experience to assist individuals on their path to inner peace and optimal mental wellness.
