Great to meet you!

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner | ADHD, Anxiety & Medication Management | Adults | Evening & Weekend Availability

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a graduate of the University of Miami. I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.

I also have experience completing bariatric (gastric bypass) psychological evaluations and FMLA documentation. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and individualized treatment. I believe every person’s mental health journey is unique, and I take time to understand each client’s story, symptoms, and goals without judgment.

I focus on meeting clients where they are emotionally and clinically, while using evidence-based practices to guide treatment. Whether through medication management, supportive therapy, or care coordination, my goal is to help clients gain clarity, stability, and confidence as they move toward healing and improved emotional wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free space focused on understanding your concerns, symptoms, and goals. I’ll ask structured questions about your mental health history, current challenges, and how your symptoms affect your daily life.

We’ll review treatment options and begin developing a personalized plan, which may include medication management, supportive therapy, or both. My approach is collaborative and paced at your comfort level. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and clear about next steps.
