My approach to therapy

My work with clients is individualized, client-centered, and solution-focused. You sit in the driver’s seat while I help you reach your goals and become your best self! I understand that physical health is just as important as mental health. I treat all of my clients using an integrative approach, complemented by a great level of professionalism, respect, and dignity while providing superior care to everyone I see. This is a judgment-free zone where you can participate in video telehealth or in-person care in a comfortable therapeutic environment. Come as you are but expect to do the work and grow as an individual. I believe therapy takes effort. If you are willing to do the work, I am willing to help you along to reach your goal and become the best version of you! This will be a professional partnership, and I am dedicated to help you reach your goals!

What you can expect from me

First appointment (intake session) will focus on getting to know you, your history, current symptoms and exploring your goals for sessions moving forward. A biopsychosocial (comprehensive history, including trauma history) will be gathered so that I can have a full view of how we should move forward as we work together. The follow up appointment will focus on you and I working together in creating an individualized care plan, specifically with you and your goals in mind. All appointments moving forward, we will tackle each goal each time we meet. During your appointments, you will be challenged to work hard in collaboration with me in meeting your established goals. You will always be in the driver's seat while I am in the passenger seat next to you, guiding you along, heading towards the same goals. I am so excited to work with you! If you are motivated and ready to do HARD work, you are a good fit for my practice, and I cannot wait to work with you! Welcome!
