Great to meet you!

I am currently accepting new clients and specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, stress management, and grief-related concerns. With over 15 years of experience as a clinician within the VA PTSD Clinic, I have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, panic disorders, anger management, family and relationship challenges, and major life stressors.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in evidence-based trauma therapies including Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). In addition to individual therapy, I also provide couples therapy and work collaboratively with clients to create a supportive, goal-oriented path toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, supportive therapeutic relationship. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are currently facing, and the goals you hope to work toward.

I’ll also gather background information to better understand your experiences and help determine the most effective treatment approach for your needs. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we begin the therapeutic process together.
