Hello, my name is Natali. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida. I have been providing individual and family therapy services to adults and children for the past 3 years. I have also helped families for the past 10 years assisting in help them collaborate with each other. I do enjoy using art and music as coping skills. I will collaborate with you to customize our treatment to best fit your individualized needs. I am a mom to an amazing daughter and three sweet cats.

I would describe my therapeutic approach as individualized and empathic, while empowering my client to become the best version of themselves. I believe in treating every individual with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I meet my clients where they are and firmly believe they are the experts of their lives. We will work collaboratively to discover what strategies and solutions work best for you. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral, Client Centered, and Solution Focused techniques.

Together we can figure out any unhelpful and challenging thought patterns that contribute to negative feelings. We can work on improving communication skills, processing difficult experiences, and improving feelings of self-worth, self-esteem, and self-confidence.
