Great to meet you!

Since earning my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling in 2017, I’ve been dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges through personalized, supportive therapy. I work with clients who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, especially when facing anxiety, depression, difficulty regulating emotions, major life transitions, past trauma, work stress, relationship or attachment challenges, and ADHD-related symptoms. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

Throughout the psychotherapy process I help my clients to recognize their feelings, concerns, distorted thinking, behavioral patterns, and gain insight about the roots causes of them. I used multiple approaches based on each client needs in therapy. I focused more on CBT related approaches that help clients to learn coping skills about emotional regulation, mindfulness techniques, personal boundaries, assertiveness communication, cognitive restructuring and defusing. If childhood trauma needs to be processed I used concepts from psychodynamic therapy and transactional analysis psychotherapy.

What you can expect from me

My purpose as a therapist is facilitating the process of change of my clients using a compassionate approach. Seeking for help initially may be uncomfortable, so I provide a counseling safe environment where my clients can feel confident to express their feelings and thoughts without judgment, and to increase commitment toward change.
