I'm a dual-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner based in Mississippi, passionate about bringing quality mental health care to communities that need it most. Before earning my psych NP credentials, I spent years working in community-based health settings alongside patients facing homelessness, substance use, depression, and anxiety — and that experience shapes everything I do. I started this practice because I believe accessible, compassionate psychiatric care shouldn't be a privilege. I currently offer telehealth appointments and see adults across Mississippi.

I take a whole-person approach — I don't just treat symptoms, I try to understand your full picture: your history, your circumstances, and your goals. I combine medication management with supportive, collaborative conversations so you're never just a chart to me. I especially enjoy working with people who've felt overlooked or underserved by the healthcare system and helping them find their footing.

Your first session is about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's brought you in, your history, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together — and I want you to ask me questions too. There's no pressure, no judgment. By the end, we'll have a clear sense of next steps and a plan that actually fits your life.
