Great to meet you!

For the past three years, I’ve had the honor of sitting with people through their real-life ups and downs, helping them build confidence, heal, and feel more connected to themselves. I’m a therapist who keeps it real: open, genuine, and never judgmental. You can talk to me about anything, and my priority is always to make sure you feel comfortable, understood, and never rushed. We’ll go at your pace, together.

I graduated from Penn State with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies and earned my master’s in Professional Counseling Psychology from Florida International University. I’m fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and I care deeply about creating a safe space for people from all cultures and backgrounds.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is easy to talk to, supportive, and truly gets it then I’d love to connect with you!

My approach to therapy

I don’t believe therapy should ever feel cold, clinical, or “one-size-fits-all.” Every person has their own story, and I’m here to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re a teen finding your identity, a young adult navigating stress and uncertainty, or an adult facing life change, you deserve support that truly fits you.

I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, overthinking, self-doubt, grief, family dynamics, identity questions, and LGBTQ+ support. My approach is down-to-earth and collaborative—we’re a team. I use tools from evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, ACT, etc. but I always adapt to what actually works for you. No pressure, no judgment, just honest conversations and a space where you can breathe, grow, and feel understood.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start building a comfortable space for you to share what brings you to therapy. I will ask some questions to learn more about your background, what you have been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. This helps me understand how to best support you and meet you where you are. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. Our goal is simply to start exploring together and create a plan that feels right for you.
