Great to meet you!

When life feels heavy or overwhelming, therapy can be a place to pause, breathe, and begin again. Many of my clients come in feeling anxious, depressed, burnt out, or disconnected, often shaped by trauma, relationship patterns, or major life transitions. I bring a warm, playful, and culturally sensitive approach to therapy. My own experience living across two cultures has deepened my appreciation for the many layers each person carries. I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and human—where humor and creativity can exist alongside deep healing.

My approach to therapy

I work especially well with adults navigating trauma, stress, anxiety, relational wounds, and identity shifts. I also work with teens and college students who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, academic pressure, burnout, procrastination, or questions about direction and identity. Our work focuses on reducing stress, improving day‐to‐day functioning, and building skills you can continue using independently.

Whether you’re looking to feel less reactive, more emotionally balanced, or more connected to yourself and others, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a collaborative and deeply personal process. I tailor my approach to each individual by thoughtfully integrating a range of therapeutic tools based on your unique needs, goals, and experiences.

I specialize in EMDR therapy, a powerful approach that helps clients process painful experiences while building a greater sense of calm, resilience, and presence in their daily lives. Together, we’ll explore what holds you back and what helps you feel better—here and now.
