Great to meet you!

You may look like you’re managing things well on the outside, while internally you feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or frustrated by patterns that keep repeating. Maybe you overthink conversations, struggle to quiet intrusive thoughts, feel disconnected in your relationships, or understand what you “should” do but still find it difficult to make meaningful changes.

Over time, these patterns can become exhausting. Anxiety can start shaping your decisions, old experiences can continue affecting how you see yourself and relate to others, and attempts to avoid uncomfortable thoughts or feelings can sometimes leave you feeling even more stuck. You may have already tried handling things on your own or even gained a lot of insight into why you feel the way you do, but still find yourself wondering, “Okay, but how do I actually change this?”

My approach to therapy

Therapy can be a place to understand what is keeping you stuck and begin doing something differently. I work with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, OCD, panic, trauma, ADHD, and relationship difficulties. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, combining deeper exploration with evidence-based, practical strategies. We’ll work not only to understand your patterns, but also to develop tools for responding to thoughts, emotions, and relationships in ways that move you toward the life you want.

I have over seven years of experience in the mental health field, and I tailor therapy to each person’s needs, strengths, and goals. I strive to create a space where you can feel supported and understood while also being gently challenged when that can help you grow. Therapy with me is not about telling you what to do or expecting you to have everything figured out—it is about helping you become more aware of what matters to you and building the skills and confidence to make meaningful, lasting changes.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what has and hasn’t been working, and what you would like to be different. We’ll begin identifying the patterns that may be contributing to your current difficulties and develop a plan tailored to your goals. Just as importantly, the first session gives you a chance to get a sense of me and decide whether working together feels like the right fit.
