Great to meet you!

I'm Natalia — a bilingual LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) licensed in Texas, and I offer therapy in both English and Spanish. I work primarily with women, mothers, and adolescents who are navigating some of life's most emotionally complex seasons: fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, trauma, anxiety, depression, and questions about identity. I understand the unique pressures of navigating multiple cultures, family expectations, and what it means to heal in a language that actually fits you. My clients often describe me as warm, direct, and genuinely invested in their growth — not just their symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on what you're working through, I draw from EMDR (especially for trauma and anxiety), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and strengths-based principles. For adolescents, I incorporate art therapy and play therapy, which allows younger clients to express what words sometimes can't. My goal in every session is to help you feel genuinely heard first — and then to build real skills and insight you can use outside the therapy room. I'm direct but never harsh, structured but never rigid. I meet you where you are and we figure out the path together. For clients navigating infertility or pregnancy loss, I bring specialized training and a lot of compassion for how isolating those experiences can feel.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's bringing you in, your history, and what you're hoping to feel differently about in your life. There's no pressure to share everything right away — we go at your pace. By the end of the session, we'll have a clear sense of what you're working toward and what kind of support will be most useful for you. I want you to leave feeling like this was worth showing up for — because it will be. Sessions are virtual, so all you need is a private space and a device. I accept most major Texas insurance plans, so we'll confirm your coverage before we begin.
