Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 10 years experience in mental health in both outpatient and inpatient psychiatric settings. I completed my doctorate at Rush University. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, mood changes, sleep issues, or changes in thinking.

My approach to therapy

My approach is thoughtful and grounded in thorough assessment. I take time to understand the full picture—current symptoms, history, prior treatments, functioning, stressors, and supports—so we can make an accurate diagnosis and build a plan that supports long-term stability. I specialize in medication management, with close follow-up to monitor response, minimize side effects, and adjust treatment based on your goals and progress.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and discuss your symptoms, history, and treatment goals. I’ll share my clinical impressions, answer your questions, and we’ll develop a medication management plan—including what to monitor and what follow-up will look like. You’ll leave with a better understanding of what may be contributing to your symptoms and the next steps we’ll take together. My goal is for you to feel supported, informed, and confident moving forward.
