Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who helps adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, and more.

People often tell me I have a calm and welcoming presence, and I really try to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I know reaching out for help isn’t always easy, so my goal is to make this process feel as safe and stress-free as possible.

I offer both medication support and talk-based support, and I take my time getting to know you so we can figure out what actually works best for you.

My approach to therapy

I like to keep things collaborative and real. You’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to guide and support you.

We’ll look at the full picture your symptoms, stress, routines, and what you’ve already tried so we can come up with a plan that actually fits you.

If medication is part of the plan, I’m thoughtful about it and don’t believe in overmedicating. I also like to include lifestyle and practical strategies when it makes sense.

My goal is to help you feel more stable, more in control, and more like yourself again.

For ADHD, I take a careful approach to prescribing and often start with non-stimulant options, using stimulants only when appropriate.

Practice policy:

***Benzodiazepines are not prescribed or continued as part of ongoing treatment. Alternative, evidence-based treatments will be discussed.

***This practice does not guarantee Stimulant prescriptions. Non-stimulant and behavioral treatments are prioritized, and stimulants are prescribed only when clinically appropriate following evaluation.

***Requests for Disability, Leave of Absence, or EDD documentation are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. These forms are completed only when clinically appropriate and supported by a thorough assessment. Establishing care does not guarantee approval of disability or leave documentation.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, what’s been difficult, and what you’re hoping to change or improve.

I’ll ask some questions to understand the bigger picture, but there’s no pressure—you can go at your own pace.

By the end, we’ll come up with a clear plan together so you know what the next steps look like. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard and supported.
