Great to meet you!

Hello! I specialize in trauma and have a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I believe each experience is unique and each story is worth being told. I also believe people have the ability to change and heal from their traumas, along with the trauma they have inherited through the generations before them. If we can prioritize living true to our authentic selves, then we can overcome any obstacle in life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an existential approach to obstacles in life, but believe therapy should be shaped and molded to the needs of my clients. I help individuals who have experienced disturbing life events find their inner peace by providing techniques and tools to overcome their trauma to live rewarding lives.

What you can expect from our first session

We will work collaboratively on set goals. I provide a calm and peaceful environment to help support my clients to feel safe to share their experiences.
