Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Natalie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with young adults and adults, as well as couples and families, who may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life. If any of this resonates with where you are right now, I would love to connect and explore how we might work together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, understood, and supported as you work through challenges and develop a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Whether you’re struggling with self-doubt, communication, emotional patterns, or finding balance in your life, my goal is to help you feel more confident, connected, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what feels challenging right now, and what you hope to get out of therapy. I’ll also ask questions about your background, relationships, and any patterns that may be impacting your emotional well-being.

This is also a space for you to get a feel for my approach and ask any questions you may have. We’ll work together to identify goals and discuss how therapy can best support you moving forward. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say, just come as you are! My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and comfortable taking the next step.
