Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Natalie, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and founder of Unmask Psychiatry. I specialize in neurodivergence and complex, layered mental health presentations, including high-masking autism and ADHD, mood disorders, chronic illness, and trauma.

I provide ADHD and autism evaluations, comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive talk therapy for adolescents and adults.

As a neurodivergent individual myself, I understand how confusing and exhausting it is to seem “fine” on the outside while feeling alienated and overwhelmed internally. Understanding myself through a neurodivergent lens changed everything for me. I bring this lens into my work through lived experience, clinical training, and genuine passion for what I do.

You can also learn more about my practice by searching Unmask Psychiatry online.

My approach to therapy

My approach is personalized, holistic, and thorough. I take time to understand the full picture: your strengths, personality patterns, struggles, and lived experience.

I aim to provide clarity, validation, and individualized support. I'll work with you to build a treatment plan that actually fits how your brain and life function.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a comprehensive evaluation focused on understanding your story and addressing your goals and current concerns. This includes exploring mood symptoms, trauma history, patterns of thought and behavior, and experiences that may have been misunderstood or misdiagnosed. You choose how deep we go.

You can expect thoughtful questions, a space to share openly, and a collaborative, thorough discussion about what might be going on. By the end, you’ll have more clarity, initial impressions, and a clear direction for next steps, whether that’s diagnosis, treatment options, or further evaluation.
